Our Clinical Pilates program focuses on the postural muscles that support the spine to help alleviate and prevent back pain by improving core stability, strength and flexibility.


The benefits of Clinical Pilates to treat lower back pain and a range of other injuries is increasingly recognised among physiotherapists and other health professionals. This is because Clinical Pilates is ideal for training stability muscles to support movement.


Our Clinical Pilates program differs from gym based classes as we offer:


* Instruction from experienced physiotherapists with qualifications in Clinical Pilates

* Individual consultation and assessment

* Tailored fitness and rehabilitation program

* Specialist reformer equipment.

Doctor's referral


You do not need a doctor's referral to visit a physiotherapist.



Health Insurance


Health fund rebates may apply. We recommend that you contact your insurance company to find out if:
• You are liable to pay an excess
• There is a limit on the number of sessions or amount you can claim.



Cancellation policy


Clients that wish to cancel or change an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice, or full payment for the treatment will be charged.
